About Silver Knights Ibadan
The Silver Knights Ibadan was conceived as a family social club with the major focus being the social welfare of our wives (referred to as damsels) and children. The motivating factor was to find ways of mitigating – for our families – the seemingly dull social atmosphere in Ibadan at that time.
To that end, we started to arrange different social activities involving our wives and children such as picnics, camping retreats, sporting events (e.g. swimming, football) parties, dinners, and other fun outings held in homes of members and at hotels/public venues.
